I liked the activities on site like the pool party and the adventure golf. The showers and toilets on site were clean everyone was quite friendly the beach was close by ,

The price of the bingo was quite expensive ,

Very easy check in, great that the pool is free, lots of activities for kids, pitches not too far from toilets and main entertainment area.

It’s a shame that the park could only be accessed through the arcades and bar area. It would have been helpful to have a gate on the outside.

Free pool session with the booking. Clean toilets, immaculate park, generous pitches, polite staff, plenty of space even in the middle of August. There was a huge queue for walk in pool sessions but they didn’t allow too many people in so you could still have a great time. Make sure you book your pool session in advance like we did! There was lots to do and nothing was broken or unusable. We all had a wonderful time. Thank you for having us.

Nothing really. Everything was close enough for the toddlers to walk to and enough to do at reasonable prices.

The park was very clean, lots of bins and dog bins too. The staff were friendly and helpful. 2 parks which was great for the children to chose between. Shop had what we needed when we went in.

The shower blocks could do with updating.
Their is no family room and having a toddler in those showers was hard work as the water was also very hot (signs up explaining this).
Shower curtains??? How often are they washed on our stay they were not changed at any point.
Also 3 sinks and no shelves to beable to put anything on squashed up when someone was using the hairdryer.
Overall I think that some money could be spent improving this area as this was the only thing that let down the experience.

Brilliant stay have been here with 8 grandchildren for 3 years now love every minute and so do the grandchildren

We really enjoyed our stay children enjoyed using the facilities and plenty of things to do. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

I would say the only down fall was the the state of the toilets and shower block, the smell when you walk in and didn’t look very clean would be lovely if it could be updated. Due to this we refused to use these showers and used the ones at the swimming.

Shower blocks were disgusting and unsanitary. The smell of damp was overwhelming and didn't alter the full week. They weren't clean or well serviced. I would have felt dirtier leaving them. Frankly a complete sh*t hole that I would be embarrassed to knowingly allow my customers to use. Shame on you
