We also apologise you were kept awake by other guests on park, we do have a quiet policy on park that states guests should be respectful of others and start to lower any noise after 11pm, so it's disappointing to hear that this wasn't your experience on this occasion. You can pre-book your activities online, including swimming sessions, from 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Simply log into ‘Manage My Booking’ and select 'Book on park activities'.
Hub passes allow you to access the facilities on park, such as the swimming pool, kids' clubs, club house, amusements and the entertainment complex.
