Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff, views were incredible, other campers were also nice and considerate, good toilet and shower facilities with hot water and kept clean. My kids loved the play area and feeding the friendly donkeys!

Liked: Location was idyllic, great range of facilities, staff were really friendly and helpful, my son loves feeding the donkeys and the llamas, really appreciate the fridge freezers(think every site should have them)
Disliked: Only issue was I couldnt get any hot water on either day, if I'd have spent more time playing with the dials maybe I would have got there but I am solo with my 10YO so was conscious he was on his own.

Liked: great setting, really helpful and friendly staff. Level pitch and able to have our tent pitched next to our campervan. Flexible aoproach to fire pit/BBQ.
Disliked: not enough showers/toilets when site is busy.

Thanks for your feedback and we are so glad that you enjoyed our campsite.
We understand that people feel we are a bit of a kill joy by making sure that all fires are out by 2230, but this is a safety issue.
To have a campfire you did sign to say that you agree with the rules and rule number 1 printed in red is the fire must be completely out by 2230. You were also told at 2210 that the fire needed to be completely out. The warden was only doing her job, and I feel its very unfair to criticise us for implementing the rules which you agreed to in writing.
