Liked: Perfect location for exploring Snowdonia and coastal areas. The local pub was great portions which was needed after making it to the top of Snowdon in the wind. Campsite was clean, good facilities and friendly. Useful little shop.
Disliked: As I mentioned on departure. We stayed in a pod (brilliant in the wind and rain!) and found we needed more hooks for wet coats then wet towels as a family of 4…

The facilities were great – clean, well-maintained, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the little on-site shop, which some essentials after a long drive. The EV charging point was a big bonus for us and made our trip even more.

Liked: Just returned from a lovely night away. Site was immaculate, toilets/showers clean and modern, play area great for kids next to the donkey feeding area which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. Will definitely return. Staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
Disliked: Struggled to get tent pegs into very hard ground. Staff lent us a mallet to help as we forgot ours. The recent dry spell probably made it worse.
A wonderful, well kept site with great facilities and welcoming staff.

Disliked: Pitch was uneven (81). Very friendly chap showed us to the pitch, said he hadn’t had time to mow it. Looked a bit untidy, compared to the pitches in field one.
