Great focus on recycling and even have their own water turbine generator.
Beautiful walk onsite through the farm.
Friendly donkeys also!!

Absolutely fantastic stay, close to the best Wales has to offer. The site is large, well kept, shower block is lovely too

The location, view of the mountains, the animals on site, the toilet and shower cleanliness and the reception with all your necessities and local produce to buy

Shower on the ceiling instead of detachable (but that’s just personal preference) and shower door broken so had to wedge closed with my toiletries bag

Staff were welcoming and polite. Facilities were brilliant and spotless plenty of space between pitches and pitches a good size

Beautiful well kept campsite in an amazing location. Owners were really friendly and helpful. My husband loved feeding the donkeys. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Perfect site, lovely location, everything well managed and spotless. Large pitches and friendly staff. Such a good spot to tour round the snowdonia national park.

Not particularly a dislike rather than for information: fires need to be out at 10:30, we weren’t told on check in because there was a few of us and they come round to check fires are out.
The last bit of the road is very narrow.

We received a warm welcome from the warden when we arrived and a tour of the facilities. There are information boards with walks around the farm and the area, also directions to the local pub.

The site was immaculate and looked lovely.
Our pitch was large, level and had beautiful views of the mountains.

The toilet and shower facilities were very clean and the showers were excellent. There was also a washing up area with, fridges/freezers, washing machines and a microwave.

The site had a little shop where you could buy produce from the farm, snacks, ice cream and basics that you may need. They have fire pits you can hire and sell logs and kindling. The pitches all have a concrete slab for your fire so the grass stays nice and keeps the fire away from the tents.

The site is located a short 4 mile drive from Caernarfon where there are at least 3 big supermarkets that we saw. There is a petrol station about 2 miles from the site which has an excellent shop too. It’s a short drive to a lot of lovely places, our favourites were Llanberis and Beddgelert.

We would definitely like to stay again, a week wasn’t long enough to see everything we wanted to.

Price of kindling was a bit high for what you got.

The farmer was spreading lime on the fields which was blowing across the site one day, it covered everything and meant we had to sit inside, but I guess this not a regular occurrence

Very friendly welcome, plenty of space between pitches. Handy little shop with a much needed coffee machine after a long drive in the rain! Very clean facilities and lots of useful information on site for local area. Easy to find the site.
