Liked: It’s a decent place, nice shop and friendly staff. We was greeted and shown around and felt at home. Loved the bar they have and the pig sty/ stable area. There was a little band playing pirate music! Great surprise
Disliked: Toilets are portaloo’s and were full! The smell was horrendous. Unsure when they get emptied as we stayed one night

Liked: The view, the laid back vibe, nice greeting from the staff, lovely walk along the canal to the pub. You should expect simple facilities. The shop looked nice but we didn't need anything this time. The bar area and fire pit was a lovely touch.

You were charged an additional £5 because you booked a back packer/motorcyclist/canoe pitch that does not have a car allocation as the price is only £10 per night. You arrived in a car and we upgraded your pitch to one with a car allocation.
