The arcade machines kept breaking down

Brilliant park with great facilities.
Clean and friendly throughout the park. Lovely little club house with great entertainment all day.
Perfect location to walk to Looe and Polperro.

Toilets, showers and pool facilities were always spotless and seemed to be cleaned everyday. Bar/restaurant was modern and fresh not run down like you see on some campsites. All the pitches were a good size with plenty of room for small tents and windbreaks next to the campervan

When the campsite was busier it there was no direct route to toilets/showers without walking through or really close to someone's camp

Generous pitches and a decent shop.

Dogs not allowed in Bar/restaurant ment we were essentially excluded from the only activity on site.
Swimming pool was only open for one hour a day and had to be booked in advance, it was way over crowded as it was a bad weather day and this was the only thing to do on site. Showers were not great, broken tiles and mirrors.
Was also probably the least friendly site we've been too, a lot of miserable and grumpy guests which we've not experienced on other sites (maybe because the weather was bad)

Toilet/shower blocks closed at 7.30am as being cleaned yes there was another block a long walk away if you go on the road route or quicker if you walk on everyone’s pitches as everyone seems to do sorely cleaning would be better done later in the day not when everyone is waking and needing the loo /shower or you could go into the opersite sex shower block like a man did he showered in the ladies block because the men’s was shut due to cleaning at 7.45am

Lady at reception was so friendly and helpful.
We chose our pitch when booking. Facilities were clean and a very good standard.
Pitches were flat.
Cafe was so good.
Good value.

More of a walk into Polzeath than I’d have hoped, but good exercise.

Very clean and has all the amenities you need for the most comfortable stay.

Only 10 minutes from Polperro and beautiful bays worth seeing!
