We absolutely loved staying in tencreek. Only my second time camping with my 3 year old twins so I'm a complete novice but the other campers were friendly and helped show me how to put up our new tent. The place felt safe for my children to run and play by our tent and a fellow camper was getting rid of the scooters that his grandchildren had out grown and gave them to my twins who were very happy going up and down outside the tent. There was a community feeling. We loved the pool which was bright and clean. The evening entertainment was brilliant and child friendly it was very interactive and got families involved it had my 3 year olds up and dancing with the other children. I enjoyed my chicken tikka while watching the entertainment. I also saw delivery posters on the site for the restaurant which is called castaways which is brilliant if you or the kids are too tired to go back out for dinner. The shop has a good stock and I was happy to replace the hairbrush I had left at home. The prices were good aswell on the items and prices had not been inflated for convenience which was nice. The reception staff were friendly and approachable as were all of the staff onsite. The toilets and showers were clean and bright and offered family chaning which was also pram/wheelchair accessible. The family shower/toilet rooms gave plenty of space for atleast 4 people or you could even take a child in a pram in there so you can look after the kids while also washing. We will definitely be booking again in a few weeks. The place is located in picture perfect Looe which a few people walked to but my 3 year olds legs wouldn't do the hilly journey so we drove down. There are so many shops in Looe also including boots and co-op.

The showers in the shower block were more powerful on cold water than hot. Using them wasn't a problem but it took longer to wash as the pressure was low. Other than that the place on our visit was perfect.
Not a dislike but we didn't use the WiFi as nowadays everyone tends to have smart phones with data so I wasn't able to comment on WiFi

Clubhouse was great for entertainment and the food was really tasty.

Wi-Fi connection wasn’t great after paying for the 5 day package. Disappointing as this was bought to keep our Autistic son regulated and entertained.

We had a wonderful time…the weather was dreadful so windy and wet but the clubhouse was great with activities for the children both day and night. we had a great game of bingo. It was extremely clean and tidy everywhere. A wonderful site with great amenities! Will be back for sure and it’s only 15 mins from home!!!

The toilet block and showers were very clean and tidy even though the outside doors didn't close.
The pitch was an excellent size, was free from litter and the grass looked well kept.
Plenty of room for dog walking and lots of bins around.
The shop was reasonably priced and well stocked.
The site is arranged in terraces that were relatively flat.

The amount of dog poo that had not been cleared up from the designated area.
The number of touring caravans homed on-site looked abandoned and uncared for.
Disappointed that there were no steps in the middle of each terrace allowing easy access to the terrace above. Instead, you had to walk to one end of the terrace or the other to access the terrace above. Surely it would make sense to put in some steps to make access easier.

We've stayed here 2 weekends in a row. First with the children and secondly a night just me and the hubby.
The view was breathtaking.
Check-in was fast and simple.
Swimming was great, the pool was clean and well maintained.
The amenities were clean and well maintained. We seen cleaners in there a lot.
The clubhouse was nice, the food was okay. Portions differed in size over 2 nights which was odd. But tasty.
Close to Looe and you could walk in via the coastal path.
The shop is well stocked and reasonable prices.
My husband needed a tool which one of the women working there went and got fir him to use and it was done with a smile and good conversation. The playing area for the kids was not far away and they had fun meeting other kids.

Would definitely stay again and recommend 👌
Our electric pitch on the 1st weekend was level but the non electric pitch we stayed on was not level, worth taking levelling ramps just in case.

The park is easy to find. It's well sign posted. It has something for everyone. Inside the park is spotless. The staff are friendly especially the pool attendants.

We will definitely be back next year.

The only downside is the WiFi at the pitches although that's to be expected.
