Liked: Clean hardstanding touring pitches, peaceful with countryside views. Clean facilities. Owners were attentive and checked we were happy.
Disliked: A little disappointed that wifi did not extend to the touri g pitches although was available to cabin users. The site is away from towns and attractions and we would have liked to be able to research online but that was not possible.

There are so many attractions nearby and this information is available onsite. Our nearest town is 9 miles away in Ruthin with many large shops, restaurants and pubs. Also small shops and pubs in nearby villages.

Liked: Clean toilets, private and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we found it a relaxing place to stay for a few nights
Disliked: The location was a little bit too remote for us and we had to drive a bit further than expected for supplies but we are aware some people might be looking for a place like this so itβs a personal preference

Ruthin town is 15 mins away and small shops and pubs closer by in Clawddnewydd or Llanfihangel village. Approx 5 mins away.

Little things make a huge difference, these guys had the heating on in the shower blocks and a fan in the cabinβ¦all the little details!

Disliked: We stayed for 4 nights and the showers and toilets were not cleaned at any time during our stay.
The showers themselves looked like they hadnβt been touched with any bleach or cleaner for weeks. Walls covered in black mould and foot boards black and rotting. Cap it all the shower temperature varied from just warm enough to freezing.

Not far from anywhere really we managed to go to angelsy Barmouth and walk some of the watkin path, weather mixed but beautiful area
