Liked: Peaceful place with nice level pitch,lovely for dogs as there's a wood nearby our 2 dogs loved running about in the autumn leaves. Toilet/showers nice and clean.
Disliked: Didn't see the owners,just got a welcome text with our pitch number on the day of arrival,sometimes it's nice to talk to the owners but also not loads of rules so you can just get on with your holiday.

Easy to find!
Local pub the Crown serves lovely home cooked food and a good pint!Disliked: Nothing disliked.
Just note there are no shops/ pub within easy walking distance, no problem if you have a car - we were in a motor home so not so easy.
Not a problem for us - but pub was a good 30 min walk on a road as no paths - quiet though!

Liked: This campsite is a real little gem. The pitches were spacious and the views to die for. The shower and toilet facilities were spotlessly clean with a good washing up area within plenty of hot water. We had a lovely few days and would certainly recommend.
Disliked: The only minor point is the access road. If you have a large tourer it's a bit bumpy and rough. In saying that
We have had worse so wouldn't put us off!

For those looking to book please note we are just off the main road with a short track to the site. No side roads or narrow tracks
We occasionally get the odd pothole. All filled in now.

Liked: Peaceful place with friendly hosts.
Disliked: Lack of suitable facilities for people with mobility issues. Big steps up to toilet and shower facilities and very small cubicles making it extremely difficult to use.
