Community room was great for in the evening and for breakfast. The whole place was immaculately clean and almost manicured. The showers were great.

I had booked as a campervan but we were booked in as a tent. They did admit it was their mistake.

The location was lovely, the facilities such as the toilet blocks and the grey/black water disposal very clean. The pot wash area was great for those camping.

We were parked opposite a row of tents with awnings that have obviously been there for a long time, they look really old and scruffy, we didn't get the impression they were 'holiday maker' tents.

The area we were in didn't reflect the pictures on the website, it's looking very tired.

That’s my favourite site. Peaceful as always. Amazing walking trials nearby.

Muddy pitch but the weather was not great.

Absolutely loved this campsite! Very clean site and amenities; hot hot refreshing shower to soothe those aching muscles, nice ground to pitch on; dry, flat and clean, stunning views of Blencathra and surrounding fells; waking up to such a view just made my first solo camp all worth it! Loads of space to choose from, there’s also a communal hut with snacks and drinks if you fancy mingling, but if not the site has quiet time between 10pm and 8am (I think) which is just perfect, as it was lovely and quiet for me to wind down after a day on the fells, perfect; will definitely return to this campsite! Thank you 😊

Waterfall on site was beautiful. Very relaxing place to be.
Facilities were clean and staff were lovely!

A pillow in the pod would be nice for each bed but other than that everything well was brilliant
