Delightful setting and ambience. Manages to be peaceful and sociable. Good facilities and friendly, helpful service.

There is a flightpath not too far away, but this wouldn't stop me coming again.

Excellent surroundings with fabulous lakes, wildlife and trees/shrubs everywhere. Hosts were very pleasant and accommodating.

Noisy main road past the site. Quite a way from the village and There are no paths along the main road and the verges have long grass, so difficult to stay off the road. Showers and toilets could be better, but they are adequate for a short stay.

Loverly place to stay, everyone was helpful and friendly. Great place for the dog and everything was close and everything we needed. Felt really safe too.

Could of done with more shower facilities, but they was very clean an kept tidy.

Surroundings and pitch

Toilet facilities require updating other issue was on East Midlands airport flight path late night flights with freight cargo.

Stunning views, clean pod, very friendly staff… pods were kitted out with everything you need for a few nights away - kettle, microwave, fridge - clean beds… they had even put in a toilet and sink so we didn’t have to nip to the loo block in the middle of the night! Thoroughly worth the money and will definitely come again… already recommended to friends.

We stayed in the kingfisher pod it was clean and had everything we needed for our one night stay with an added bonus of toilet & sink which owner said had been fitted recently.
Lovely ponds good site & my husband really enjoyed the fishing.

The owners couldn’t of been more helpful, individual marked pitches. Clean toilets and showers. Hidden away from main road.
