Liked: Welcome, location as was an easy walk into Masham. The children enjoyed the BBQ hut and we cooked in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Children slept well and were comfortable.
Disliked: Need extra padding for older adults to sleep comfortably.

Hello. We are very sorry to here you had a disappointing stay with us due to people disregarding the site requests. We do not condone people disregarding other people privacy and peace. We do our best to keep the toilet tidy and clean but again if those staying with us at the time are disrespectful and throw paper towels on the floor and don't use toilet brushes provide its difficult. As we clean a couple of time a day and strive to make them tidy but sadly at times more often when children are around stuff gets left on the floor. We are happy for people to get in touch with us at the time so we can request music to be turned down, although we can not stop people drinking. I think I know who you are talking about so they will be put on the black list, as we can well do without these people. If they upset you then there are likely to be more people who feel the same.
