Liked: Lovely staff - so helpful and went above and beyond for us. Facilities very clean. Quiet and really well organised site. Some really handy on site extras like the cafe and ice pack freezer.
Disliked: Nothing really. Would have preferred a hook on the back of toilet doors for handbag. And a microwave in the kitchen/ wash up area.

Liked: The site actually reaching out by email beforehand and again actually on the day of our arrival explaining everything, what to expect, directions and instructions upon arrival in a very friendly and professional manner. On arrival we were very impressed with the look and layout of the site. Staff were very welcoming explaining where everything was and even walked us to our pitch for the weekend. The site, amminities, cafe and reception were immaculate. Beautiful countryside all around, the wonderful town of Masham with all it's lovely welcoming pubs and breweries, whatore could you ask for.
Disliked: Too short a visit and having to leave.

Liked: Great site in an area of outstanding beauty loved our visit. The shepherds Hut had everything we needed it was very clean and decorated beautifully The hole site is spotless. And the cafe on site was a bonus. Staff friendly and gave excellent customer service. Will definitely be back.

Liked: Spotlessly clean and restfully quiet site. There were only 2 tents in total on the night that I was staying so plenty of space on nice flat and even grass. I would like to have stayed longer to sample the enticing looking cafe, but had to push on with the rest of my Yorkshire cycle ride.

Thank you for your comments. This was expected. When this booking was made its clear that not all the information about the site was read. Our site information does say we don't have a play area and no dog walk on the site due to being surrounding by a working farm. The price did go up for you on your arrival as you had not chosen to add the children, dog and awning to your original booking. Sorry this site was not suitable for you but happily a vast number of people love it and come back many times.
