The toilets and showers were very clean. Another pro was the children area , where we played with our baby . Also , the lakes are so close to the campsite , we really enjoyed the time there.

Fantastic facilities at the sports centre, something for all ages.
We participated in paddle boarding, kayaking, high ropes and mini golf.
Very friendly and helpful, reasonably priced and easy to book.

Electric went off but quickly and efficiently rectified.
Good for dog walking.

People to not respect the camping site or adhere to the quiet times, very large groups with extremely loud music, although security asked them to turn it down , still rowdy and extremely loud into the early hours.

Power went off and someone was round to fix it and check all working again.

Noise, people being inconsiderate shouting and screaming in large groups at gone midnight. Not the campsites fault really but ruined it.

Toilets were unclean; There were parties into the night, every night that were not managed (sometimes with music going on until 2am). The only person that came round to check for noise had left by 9pm (when it was quieter); pitching grounds quickly turned into a mud bath with cars driving constantly over the grass in the rain - again, cars driving round at 2am not appreciated

The campsite is in a great location, it is a 10 minute walk from the National watersport centre. We did a number of activities which the children all enjoyed. The campsite itself was big and lots of space for the children to play.
There are plenty of facilities, convenience co-op, pub, take aways all within walking distance (20 -30 minutes from the site) in Ladybay.

The facilities were very muddy as it was a wet weekend but you were able to have a warm shower and wash your dishes.
There were some very noisy parties and no warden appeared to be present at the site later in the evening.

Locality to Watersports centre great so all accessible within a 15min walk.
Nice walk into the village (25mins) where we had a great pub lunch.

Facilities tired. Not convinced our pod had been cleaned prior to arrival as dry mud down side on floor and camp bed from last occupants left.

Cleanliness of toilet blocks and general area poor. Rainy so allowing for this, still not great. Only saw the cleaner once and this was during peak time. He mopped the floor but didn't clean the toilets or sinks. Could easily have improved cleanliness by temporarily closing the block to allow floor to dry (2nd block available to minimise disruption). Also mop or sqeegee would be useful to encourage others to clean after themselves which is common practice at other sites.

How the tents are around the edges so plenty room for the kids to play games in the middle
