Good proximity to city and things to do.

Toilets and showers were dirty and in disrepair. Some were Blocked and unworking. No hot water in showers in main block during the week, however the sink tap did have hot water. The main block of showers mysteriously opened and was working again on the Friday, for the busy bank holiday.

The Arch Pod was warm, dry and fairly clean

The toilets needed to be more thoroughly/regularly cleaned.
Only 1 block of showers in our area of the site had hot water, which left only 3 working showers for a lot of people!
The receptionist could have been more friendly and helpful

Very friendly helpful staff, a lovely secure well maintained spotless park, quiet when we stayed, must be busy when water park busy too.

Easy access, clean campsite and shower/ toilet blocks.

Campsite shop wasn’t open as stated during opening hours. Finding the activities wasn’t easy and when we did it was very expensive to do anything, especially eat. Campsite WiFi didn’t work.

Self-service check-in via an email in advance. While I didn't use them, they have a Revolution washer and dryer facility and the location is large and easy to find.

The toilet/shower facilities always seemed to be really dirty. I did see someone trying to access them to clean but this was early morning, while they were being used so I don't know if they all got cleaned every day. It would be good for each compartment to have a floor blade squeegee and some cleaning spray to wipe down after each use.

Dog poo on pitch and around site. I know this is the dog owners responsibility but maybe a few more bins or signs would help?

We requested pitches side by side which we had. Pitches were OK.

The cleanliness of the shower block and toilets was disgraceful. The disabled shower had no hot water and when I requested if there were any disabled access in another block, I was told to "go and look". The receptionist was exceptionally rude and surly even when the electrical point would not work. There were limited showers available across an exceptionally large site and of those available, many had broken locks, overflowing sanitary bins, poo smeared along walls, filthy showers and limited hot water. The facilities were not cleaned within the whole of our 3 night stay. Judging by previous comments, this site does not take on board reviews!
