Lovely quiet site on a working farm! Owners are absolutely lovely, welcoming whatever the weather!

Facilities are basic, but perfect for what we were expecting. Showers were warm, so that’s all that matters!

We stayed in a rail cabin, lovely with the stove going (I recommend getting some coal for the night as it lasts longer than the wood). Slept very well.

Easy check in, secluded lovely friendly owner of very helpfull, provided what we needed and left us to enjoy, definitely go again maybe in summer this time, ps penny the dog is fantastic, loved her.

No electricity ie sockets or wifi

Very friendly host, helpful and informative. Easy access and parking. Peaceful location with lovely views. Close to local villages and towns, pubs and walking trails.

It was a lovely little farm :) very accommodating last minute the tent pitches had a lovely view and the holiday cottage is amazing if you have a bigger group, so cozy. Location is great just outside of coniston with an easy 10 minute drive.

Really friendly rural campsite. Log burners in the station wagon. Comfortable and not expensive. Good location for SW lakes

It would be great if children could stay in the camping pods, but understand this is a working farm.

Grate location,
Rail pod equipped with fireplace as nice addition,wood can be purchased from the owner.
Fire pit and benches are next to each pod.working farm with animals walking around, friendly dogs that spend a time with us.
