Wonderful place where the facilities were clean and the games-room was a lovely addition. The pitches are well numbered, little wheelbarrows and trolleys provided to carry to your pitch. There was a fridge, freezer and microwave, plus the usual washing up facilities. There is a take away on site which looked lovely, we didn’t personally use it. There are fire pits and picnic tables, with wood and fire starters purchased on site.
The site has just been sold and will therefore be changing hands- fingers crossed it stays the same as it is now on my list of places we would return to.

Nothing really- could have had dry weather for packing up as a wet tent in the boot is a little inconvenient. Come on- sort it out and have dry weather for going home thank you! 🤣 (disliked nothing that was within the control of the site haha).

Everything was great, a lit of thought had gone into what was needed. The accommodation, the outdoor areas, the showers and toilets were all spotless. Loved having the use of a communal fridge. Food was really nice from The Fox. Will definitely be back

Grass was a bit long and some boggy patches. But appreciate it’s been wet and is beginning of the season

We had originally booked the Crabby Apple but the kind owner upgraded us to a Lodge - it was lovely, warm and cosy and so peaceful. The facilities are super clean and tidy, overall a brilliant stay & we would definitely return.

We loved the Liar it was lovely and clean, very suitable for our needs. My 8yr old daughter and her friend liked the bunk /cabin beds.

The owner was really friendly and helpful. Great facilities, loved the little touches like a fridge and a kettle in the kitchen. The games room was great, and we loved having the fire pit! Close to a big supermarket, and the campsite had its own takeaway and the option to buy beers and fuel on site.

Cycled 20+ miles to this location for a long weekend with my son. Tired on arrival and had a quick, easy check in to a warm room ready to relax. Then a takeaway dinner of pizza and burger from the “hatch”. Great location/facilities and food. A lovely place on the other side of the road for breakfast too!! Dropped down into Frome for the market on Sunday too. The site is small, so not too many people and silent for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommended

Neue, übersichtliche und saubere Anlage besonders passend für Familien mit kleinen bis mittleren Kindern.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolle Spielhalle und -Platz, sehr ordentliche Sanitäranlagen.
Sehr gute Lage zu Stourhead und Longleat Garden/Park/Castle, sowie Städten wie Bath, Wells, Salisbury oder Stonehenge...

Die Abstände der Stellplätze sind gering und ohne Sichtschutz.
Durch die vielen fröhlichen Kinder ist es lebhaft und laut von früh Morgens bis spät Abends.
Manche Türen der Sanitäranlagen sind nur schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen.
Nahe an einer Umgehungsstraße gelegen.

Aimé le cadre, la cabane aménagée de façon fonctionnelle, la mise à disposition sur les pelouses de tables et chaises en bois. Sanitaires communs propres et bien tenus.
