Had a great stay. On arrival we were told that we had been upgraded to the lodge, which was a wonderful surprise. Toilets were clean, showers were nice & hot & the kitchen facilities were well equipped & again clean. Owners were great, very friendly & made you feel welcome. Would recommend.

Very clean and well maintained facilities and it’s a lovely quiet spot. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby which is a plus. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Because the car park is separate from the camping spot it felt very safe for us to let our little boy play outside our tent with no worries of cars. The car park is very close so not being able to park next to the tent isn’t an issue. There are wheelbarrows to help with carting camping bits to and from the car.

Reception was well attended and the owner has a good line in Dad jokes. Nice spacious pitch and facilities clean and well stocked. A short drive to supermarkets and Lees fish and chips. I liked the barrows and carts so the campsite is car free and safe for kids.

The staff were really friendly. The pitch is flat which makes sleeping comfier! The facilities are superb! There is a fridge and a separate freezer which is a great bonus! The site is quiet and kept clean and tidy :) We had one night where we ordered from the Fox take away, the food is amazing! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back soon for another visit :)

Excellent facilities.Toilets were easily accessible and clean at all times. Quiet area with little to no noise during the night. The host was friendly and helpful. Fire pit was available for free and the logs and kindling provided on site were good quality, stored correctly and very reasonably priced. Didn't get a chance to try food from the burger menu, but the options were plentiful and sounded delicious.

Lovely warm welcome. Pegs went in seamlessly as no stones in the ground! Toilets and showers were clean. Washing up area under cover and well stocked with essentials. Plenty of parking. Games room was a little tired, but my daughter loved it all the same and I got to pack up in peace.

Nothing, we will be back.

Very friendly and welcoming staff/owner absolutely loved our hut well kept site and facilities absolutely amazing food on site couldn’t of wished for better thank you for a amazing stay we have booked to go again

Having to leave and go home

Cosy campsite which was very well equipped with clean facilities. This is a great jumping off spot for loads of activities nearby. My son loved the games room!
