Toilet block was clean and warmDisliked: The roads around the holiday park need tarmac finishing and tidied up.
Shower heads need cleaning and unblocking as was just bit more than a dribble coming out of them due to lime scale build up

Liked: Wonderful staff and beautiful food in the restaurant. Some great views of the estuary and sea from the top end of the site and close to some great walks. Access to the sister site which is huge and has incredible facilities was a bonus.
Disliked: Potholes. We arrived and they had just resurfaced the access road so had to pitch overnight in a different part of the park. Unfortunate and if they had advised us the day before we would have delayed by a day.
Our fully serviced pitch had a literal uphill battle draining our caravan but the other side of the field wouldn’t have had this issue. Pay per use wifi £20/week.
Many thanks for leaving us a review from your recent touring stay, its lovely to hear you enjoyed beautiful food in Castle Inn. We do so wish that the weather had been kinder for our access roads, we have experienced an unprecedented amount of heavy rainfall and as such this had made our road conditions unsafe. And we are sorry that, due to the weather changing, the surfacing of the road was at a moments notice, brought forward. Thank you for saying you will visit us again and hope it will be real soon.

Liked: Nice quiet location but still within 15 minute drive of town. The pod was warm and spacious. We had good phone signal and was even able to put Netflix on for the kids in the evening
Disliked: The bed was a bit worn and tired so not the most comfortable sleep but when I fed this back the staff were attentive and helpful. There was a lot of potholes on some of the tracks around the site and the play park was very waterlogged but the weather had been very wet
It is lovely to hear you enjoyed your stay in our warm and spacious glamping pod and its great the kids were able to relax with Netflix too. Thank you for sharing your review, it means a lot to us.

Liked: Spacious gravel pitches, full service, friendly staff, beautiful views and around half hour walk to the village. The toilet blocks are big, and the showers are superb with the partition and high water pressure. Value for money. We will come back.

Liked: All round very nice .it was my first trip away with my vw transporter. Loved the pitch ,showers were good and the toilets were clean . I had dinner in the restaurant on Friday and did the quiz on Saturday and everyone was very friendly although the manager of the bar and restaurant was a bit loud .i will be back .

The pitches was Spacious.
Dog poo bins everywhere and didn't smell.
Bar did good quiz nights and bingo.
Reception was very helpful about the local area.Disliked: Pot hole on every road, wasn't nice driving or walking.
The angle of the speed bumps wasn't good, so when towing the caravan it was hard with the pot holes and the speed humps.

Liked: Location, exceptionally clean shower block which included family room - all floors heated, the little shop, pub, meals from the pub - gorgeous food & generous sizes, kids park, friendly staff, size of pitches, pre-stay contact information, comms with the team after I lost my locket.
Disliked: Wifi doesn’t reach to the orchard field.
