Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Second bank holiday here. We love it so relaxing.
High points
1. “Here comes the train” every hour, feels like the railway children
2. Toilets and showers always clean
3. Campfires (although none 2nd visit, very responsible due to wildfires)
4. So spacious for everyone and their dogs
5. Well kept grass good length and no rubbish or dog poo anywhere
6. Rural and quiet, yet shops at garage and bus and train within walking distance and Swanage only 5min drive
7. Visiting mobile shop with fresh croissants in the morning
8. Quiet in the evening and bedtimes
Disliked Nothing

Liked We liked the cleanliness of the showers and sinks. Pitches were huge and the marque field had lovely views and was very quiet. Staff were all lovely and the shop had everything at a good price. Food at club was good.Pools were great. We stayed at our tent a lot as the heatwave was too much for the dogs. Dog area was huge and playground was good Location is great.
Disliked The outdoor pool was too crowded. The toilets were clean but due to low water pressure often wouldn’t flush.
There were terrible amounts of ants although we were lucky to not be as invaded as the campers and caravans. Think it was due to the heat.

From the manager: Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review Victoria. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and that you found the shower and toilet facilities clean, the pitches spacious, and the Marquee Field peaceful with its lovely views. It's also great to know our team made you feel welcome, you enjoyed the food, shop, pools, dog exercise area and playground, and that our location was ideal for your holiday. Thank you also for your feedback regarding the outdoor pool, toilet water pressure and the ants. During the recent heatwave, the exceptionally high temperatures did lead to an increase in ant activity across the region, and unfortunately this is something many outdoor venues experienced. We appreciate your understanding, and our team continue to monitor and treat affected areas where possible. We hope both you and your dogs had a wonderful break overall, and we look forward to welcoming you back to Lady's Mile again soon. 🏕️🐾😊

Liked Just the most relaxing camping. Site was so well managed no loud music, plenty of room to choose where you wanted and the stream train going right past the bottom of the field was fantastic.
Fire pits logs and the little van with drinks and ice cream along with the mobile croissant shop every morning. ProperToilets and showers were lovely and clean.
Disliked Not a dislike but another tap and washing up sink in the bottom field would be useful.

Liked Perfect site for relaxing, quiet with lots of space and beautiful views. Great location for exploring Lyme Regis, West Bay and Golden Cap. Owners were so friendly and helped us repair puncture in our air bed. Toilets were spotless with endless loo roll and hot water. Will be coming again with our dog for campfires under the stars.
