Disliked Elsa’s point blocked 2 out of 4 days had to ask staff to unblock

Liked Flat pitches , beautiful views , with stream nearby for dogs to paddle

Disliked Bit of a distance to toilet and waste facilities but only needed to go once per day so no issue

Liked Location for touring , not reliant on bathroom facilities

Disliked Saw no one all weekend, toilets were never cleaned and blocked, this was over a bank holiday weekend. Luckily we had our own facilities but some in our group left early as the refused to use them ,

From the manager: Hi Martin, thanks for visiting. Regrettable, we experiences some vandalism over the bank holiday weekend which resulted in a blocked & leaking toilet & we couldn't get an engineer out from the company who service the blocks over the bank holiday weekend. Thankfully this has now been resolved. As we note on the web site, we don't have full time staff on site, there just isn't enough for them to do. There is a contact phone number displayed on the arrivals board, in the clubhouse information centre & on the booking acknowledgment, so if help were needed it was available. As per the information in the literature in the clubhouse lobby, other facilities were available in the rugby club. Kind regards, Stow RFC.
