Liked We had a very friendly welcome and were shown to our pitch, a map of the site was given to us and details of how to pitch. The staff work very hard to keep the site clean and well maintained. The site was quiet and we were given a 10% discount voucher to use at the restaurant in the hotel next door. Accessible via the A9 and good roads to get in. Handy site to visit Perth and we also visited Pitlochry and Hightower Castle.
Disliked Feel with this site it depends what pitch you get allocated as some are much better than others. Unfortunately we ended up in a corner with a view of the back of the staff accommodation and facing caravans just across from us.
The facilities block was clean but there didn't seem enough toilets/showers for the amount of people on the site. There isn't anywhere to eat or a shop nearby or in walking distance fortunately there is a restaurant at the hotel next door which we used a couple of times. The WiFi was awful.
Probably being picky but I'm not sure why the waste/recycling bins are through the security barrier, past reception in the furthest corner of the car park. I did two laps around the amenity block where I presumed they were before having to consult the map and trek off to them!

From the manager: Hi Caroline, Thank you for your review. We're so pleased to hear you enjoyed the warm welcome, found the site clean and well maintained and thought the campsite is in a good location for exploring the area. We're sorry your pitch location wasn't quite what you had hoped for, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the facilities, WiFi, and the location of the recycling area. Comments like yours help us identify where we can improve our campers experiences. Thank you again for your kind words about the team, and we hope to welcome you back again soon. 😊

Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Had a really lovely enjoyable four night stay here last week. One of the best sites that we have stayed in. Great location not far from M40 and no narrow lanes to navigate! Very secure gated entrance and large pitches set in an orchard with EHU and water and also a picnic bench. Lots of wildlife around and nature, it was very hot so my dog loved lying in the shade by the trees near our pitch. Toilet/shower facilities were spotless. Deb came to greet us and told us about the site and the local area. She is lovely and so helpful. We walked to the Snitterfield Arms pub for tea and also the Snitterfield Village Shop which for a small shop stocks everything you may need. Easy access to Stratford about 10 minutes by car. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.
Disliked There was some traffic noise from the A46 which was mentioned before booking, it didn't impact at all on our stay.
