Primitive grass campervan, tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Lovely mainly level site with plenty of space. We really liked the mowed pitches that clearly define your area. Nice that campervans are kept separate from the car free tent area. Very clean and tidy shower and toilet block. Nice outdoor washing up area. Pub in walking distance and lots of countryside to explore. We saw lots of birds even though it was raining. Quiet and relaxing site.

Shepherd's hut
Liked Really peaceful location with lots of great walks straight from the site. Cosy shepherd hut with all the fun of camping and non of the hassle. We even had a campfire with the firebowl provided and toasted marshmallows.

Camping pod (pet friendly)
Liked Camping pod was really well equipped with sofa bed, fridge, kettle and a heater. They are very well insulated though so we didn't need the heater. Luxury camping without the hassle of pitching a tent and trying not to touch the sides all night! Plenty of room even with 2 adults and a medium size dog. Great view of the hills and forests from your bed. Lovely area for walking with walks available from the site. Very welcoming owners who respect your privacy but are on hand if you need any help. We'll definitely be back soon.
Disliked Having to pack up and leave.
