Liked Peaceful location, had good toilet & shower facilities, pub opposite which served great beers & food, there was also a village post office & shop in the entrance way, it had a good selection of beers & food including frozen food.

Disliked It’s a bit out of the way, but it didn’t bother us that much, poorly sign posted, we went past it briefly, could do with a sign at the entrance, also, didn’t see anyone from the site, nobody there when we turned up or when we left, there were instructions to just pitch up & get on with it so to speak.

From the manager: Thankyou for the kind words from your stay with us, and its always great to hear that you made the most of the pub and shop on the doorstep. We are sorry that we weren't here to see you.

Liked Clean & tidy site, very well laid out, excellent washroom facilities, easy to get to just off main road, WiFi was very good

Disliked Could be noisy due to be very near main road & airport

From the manager: Thank you so much for your lovely and balanced review, Colin. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and found Briarfields clean, tidy and well laid out. It's also wonderful to know you were impressed with our washroom facilities and that the Wi-Fi worked so well for you. We're pleased you appreciated how easy the park is to reach too. Our convenient location between Cheltenham and Gloucester, close to the main road network and Gloucestershire Airport, is one of the reasons many guests choose us, although as you rightly mention, it does mean some traffic and light aircraft noise can be heard at times. We're always very open about this in our park descriptions so guests know what to expect before booking, and we're grateful for your balanced comments. For many guests, the excellent access to Cheltenham, Gloucester, the Cotswolds, the M5 and public transport right outside the park makes it a worthwhile trade-off. Best Wishes, The Briarfields Team
