Liked Nice spacious area

Disliked Poor facilities. No working water to wash up. Shower facilities are a joke. Toilet has no composting material to stop the smell. Noone to welcome us or check in. Given a firepit with just 5 small logs for £12. No firestarter no kindling.

From the manager: Hello Christopher, sorry to hear that you had this experience. We sent you several emails with information for your arrival and check-in, including how to access the firepit and firewood. You paid a total of £11 for both, and your firepit was filled with at least 10 logs. The water and other facilities on site were running as normal as far as we were aware. We had other campers staying at the same time as you who reported no problems when they joined us for breakfast in the cafe the following morning. We had staff on site throughout the weekend who could have rectified any issues if you had informed them at the time.

Liked Really cozy campsite. The owner Emma is lovely and super welcoming. Horses in the field are so sweet. The communal firepits are a great idea. The kitchen and bathroom are really good. Loved our visit 10/10

Disliked The only thing I could fault is that an extra toilet would be handy :)
