Disliked Not very clean, not very nice…

From the manager: We are sorry to read that you did not enjoy your stay with us, especially as no concerns or complaints were raised during your stay. We are particularly surprised by your comment regarding cleanliness, as we place great importance on keeping our campsite and sanitary facilities clean - something that is also consistently highlighted positively in the feedback from our guests. Unfortunately, comments such as “not very clean” and “not very nice”, without mentioning what exactly you were dissatisfied with, make it difficult for us to understand your experience or to improve anything based on your feedback. We would have been more than happy to address any specific concern directly during your stay. We genuinely value constructive feedback and are always looking for ways to make our guests’ stay even better. For this reason, we would have appreciated a little more detail about what you felt was neither clean nor nice. Kind regards, Family Tiefnig (Camping Berggruss)
