Liked The pump track was fantastic and the pool was also great fun

Disliked Cleanliness all round was really poor. Lots of locks not working on toilets including the disabled toilet. Most handsoap in the shelduck zone was empty for 3 days. All the toilet roll holders kept falling off. Staff kept saying the train was running as normal despite if food using building work blocking the track

We are, however, sorry to hear that other areas of your stay didn’t meet the standards we aim for. Your comments regarding the cleanliness of the facilities, toilet locks, soap dispensers and toilet roll holders are disappointing to read and will be shared with the relevant teams. These are the everyday basics that should be right for our guests. We’re also sorry for the confusion surrounding the train. We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to be told it was running as normal when building works were affecting the track. Liked A genuinely cheap nights stay. Basic site but lovely family running it. Small park for the kids. Will definitely be back
