Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Quiet, secluded Buttercup field. Owner had a chat with us once we had pitched and they run a quirky cafe on site with indoor and outdoor seating. Very friendly and inclusive. Simple but clean toilets and shower. Village has a lovely al pub and well stocked shop.

Faringdon, Oxfordshire, England
Primitive grass and earth tent or RV campsite
Liked Lovely location by the Thames with a pub on the othersie of Radcot Bridge. Very quiet.
Disliked The facilities were basic (not even a freezer for ice packs) and just adequate. Portacabin type toilets and shower s provided only limited privacy. A bit 1980s! The premium price of £35 per night was not justified.

Powered grass tent campsite
Liked Spacious, camping areas separated by hedges, excellent shop with camping and caravan accessories, and the best 'en suite' style shower facilities we have come across. Fantastic views of Chesil Beach and direct access to the SW Coastal path.
Disliked None.
