Liked Clean toilet block, friendly welcome and availability of site staff (Mark and Kimberley), ease of access, quiet, clean, tidy. This site has a new owner and is a work in progress.

Disliked Having to walk so far to the toilet block past the mobile homes, wi-fi only seemed to work in the toilet block, the outside photos on the website are not up to date - there are now several mobile homes up where the tents used to be.

Liked Friendly owners, small peaceful site, honesty shop, shiny washbasins, showers and taps, hot water, lockable washroom, soap and paper towels, washing up area, level pitches, no cars on site . . . No hills or traffic to speak of - ideal for cycling. (Probably not for young children, though) Saw a hare as well as buzzards and muntjac.
