The Peacock shepherd's hut
Liked Everything. The views, the peace. The hut had everything we needed. It was comfortable, warm and just perfect for what we needed.
I dont normally like to go back to places I've already been but I would definitely make an exception for this hut.

Bwlch Mawr primitive grass tent campsite (woodland)
Liked Wonderful site, exactly what I was looking for. Great location. Jane and Mike were great hosts who offered up plenty of suggestions on places to visit. Next to no phone signal which was definitely a bonus. The sky of a nighttime was an absolute dream, I was lucky enough to visit on a night with a clear sky full of stars.
Disliked Nothing.

Primitive grass tent campsite
Liked This was my first time camping alone, getting away from the madness of real life. I arrived at 1pm on a Saturday and left at 10am on the Sunday and while I was there, I didn't see one single person, not one car, it was perfect and exactly what I needed.
Just 15 minute drive from Llyn Brenig which is definitely worth a visit with your bike or paddleboard.
Disliked Despite enjoying not seeing a single person, maybe seeing the host to point out the toilets and the honesty shop would have been appreciated.
