Powered grass tent campsite
Liked Toilets were pristine and cleaned at least twice a day. Kids loved the play areas and the chance to make friends. Pitches nice and level with oodles of space for everyone. Friendly and helpful wardens available all day. Site was exceptionally well kept with grass mown and gardens/hedges kept tidy. Every pitch has its own water tap and power point. No WiFi but that's what we loved - proper family time away from tech.
Disliked Absolutely nothing - all was fantastic.

Power optional grass tent campsite (maximum 6-berth)
Liked Very friendly and clean site. Lovely views and woodland walks. The kids loved the playground, especially the zip wire. Great big open spaces around the tent pitches.
Disliked Noisy sheep and birds! But we can't blame the site owners who were always helpful and kind 😃

2 bedroom camping pod
Liked We loved the location of the pod within easy reach of several beaches. The pod was impeccably clean and well furnished.
And we loved the hot tub!
Disliked We enjoyed our stay so I'm being pedantic here but we would have welcomed a cheese grater and pizza slicer, and a long handled brush to sweep the kitchen floor occasionally. Small gripes though which didn't spoil our fun.

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Lovely site. Facilities appear basic (in an old portacabin) but they are clean and tidy so we had no complaints. I suppose there being only 2 toilets and 3 showers may cause problems at the busiest times but we had no trouble, and that was during a weekend in August! Overall, this was a very quiet site that the kids (8&3 years) could round around with peace of mind.
Disliked Only downside really was the lack of level sites to pitch your tent. Generally the site doesn’t look too much of a slope but when you’re lying in your air bed at night, you certainly notice the slant. Most mornings we’d wake up hunched in a bundle at the bottom of our bedroom areas. I think the kids tired of this by the time we left. Of course, other pitches on this site may be flatter than where we pitched.

By the Beck primitive grass tent campsite (Private restroom amenities)
Liked What can I say about Josh and Shirley as hosts? They were perfect! Super friendly and couldn't be more helpful. When we stayed, our tent leaked and so Josh helped us drop our leaky tent and pack it up in our car. On top of this, Josh also sold us a couple of juicy ribeye steaks from his farm. This campsite us all about family and friendship - no better place to camp!
Disliked The rain (but I can't blame Puddlemire for the weather!)
