We did email guests about the temporary BBQ restrictions, and the information was also shared on our social media and displayed on our website at the time of booking. We’re sorry you must have missed these notices. The pizza staff work incredibly hard and customers are advised at check-in to order early to avoid waiting times later on. The unusually long wait time was due to the increased demand for pizza because of the BBQ restrictions temporarily in place.
