We recently stayed at this amazing campsite, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The location is absolutely beautiful, nestled in a peaceful forest with a charming little stream running through it. Each camping spot is thoughtfully laid out, providing plenty of space and privacy, so you never feel crowded.
One of the best features is that you can park your car just a few meters away from your tent, making it incredibly convenient to unload and set up. The entire site is well-maintained and impeccably clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The fresh air, the sound of the stream, and the natural beauty of the surroundings created a perfect, relaxing atmosphere.
The campsite owner deserves a special mention. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always available if we needed anything, yet respectful of our privacy.
If you’re looking for a campsite where you can enjoy nature, have your own space, and be treated like a valued guest, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to return!

Upon arrival you insisted that your dog did not require a lead as it is fully trained. Of which I have no doubt. The rules on this campsite specifically state all dogs are to be kept on leads at all times. To ensure you didn’t just release your dog, I explained the rights of a farmer regarding sheep worrying. You took it, by me explaining the law, as a threat towards you. It was merely information.
We have young lambs on the farm with their mothers and we have had dogs worry our sheep before. The malamutes and family were safely ejected from the farm, no shooting took place. Dog worrying is a countrywide issue which we ask all our guests to be sensitive to.
We always welcome dogs with good owners.
