Tucked into Missouri’s scenic Ozark hills, Branson Shenanigans RV Park is just a few minutes’ drive from the main Highway 76 and five minutes by car from lively Branson and its most popular theaters, live shows, Silver Dollar City and amusement parks. Despite its proximity to all the action, the RV park itself has peaceful sites on hillside terraces, surrounded by mature trees and with stunning woodland views. The vibe is pretty simple, making this park a great spot for slowing down and relaxing in nature. All the sites have full electric hook-ups, a water supply, cable and wifi. Fire rings and barbecues can be borrowed, and bundles of firewood are available for a small price for those who are keen on alfresco cooking – but do remember that under certain conditions, campfires are banned, and never leave one unattended. If self-catering is not for you, there’s a vast choice of restaurants and bars in Branson. Dogs are welcome at the park but must be under control at all times; please clean up after them as well.

Other family entertainment includes toy, car and wax museums, a branch of Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, immersive displays at WonderWorks Branson (both five minutes) and hurricane simulators in the Shipwrecked Treasure Museum (15 minutes).
