  • Quiet site at the foot of the Sierra de Cebollera mountains
  • A five-minute drive to Valdeavellano; 25 to Cuerda del Pozo reservoir
  • Garden, playground, pool and football fields on site
If you're swanning around Spain, make your way to Camping Entrerrobles. This quiet site has amenities like a swimming pool, play area and football fields. On site, a bar and restaurant are open during high season only (and at different times and days of the week, depending on the time of the year). The restaurant has a glass pergola – for views of the mountains whatever the weather – and a shaded terrace where guests can order traditional homemade meals. The bar, made from old sleeper trails, is also excellent for adults to swap travel tips over an Estrella beer. And despite the site being more than two hours and a half drive to the nearest coastline, a beach volleyball court is set up on site for sporty sessions on the sand. If the grains tickling your toes have you craving sunbathing stints near water, the artificial beaches of Playa Pita, Las Cabañas, Club Náutico and Peña Gamella at the Cuerda del Pozo Reservoir are 25 minutes from the park. History buffs can swing by the submerged village of La Muedra in this large swimming lake or flit around on a free tour of the Roman ruins at the Yacimiento Arqueológico de Numancia (20 minutes away). Not up for tottering too far? Guests can also stay put and soak up the rays at the site’s well-kept gardens or check out nearby nature on foot. Set in Soria’s Rio Razón valley, the oak, beech and pine surrounds are lush in the spring and summer months – and even lusher when they start to change colour come autumn. The supermarket, bakery, tavernas and small shops of Valdeavellano de Tera are less than 20 minutes’ walk away.

From the manager: Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re really happy to hear that you enjoyed the site, the huge pitches, our staff and, of course, the restaurant.
Just a little note about the shop: there is actually one in Valdeavellano de Tera, about 1 km from the campsite. We’re sorry we didn’t let you know about it!
It is open all year round, even through the tough winter months, when keeping a small local shop open is often more difficult than profitable. That’s precisely why we prefer not to compete with it by selling the same essentials here. It provides a really important service to the village and the surrounding area, especially during the quieter months, and we’re very happy to support it.
Thank you again for staying with us and for your kind words. We hope to see you again!

Power optional grass and earth RV campsite

Liked We stayed here for four nights as a family and overall had a really enjoyable stay.

The pitches are a very good size, well maintained and there was plenty of space around us. The facilities were also excellent. The shower and toilet blocks were very clean, with plenty of showers and toilets available, and the washing-up area was equally well kept.

The campsite is around 1.5 km from the nearby village. It’s a very small village, with just one little shop that we could find. Although tiny, it was reasonably well stocked for the essentials and sold fresh bread, but you would definitely need to go further afield for a proper supermarket shop.

The bar and restaurant on site are very nice. The whole area is well maintained, comfortable and the bar is well stocked. We ate in the restaurant once and the food was good. The service was a little chaotic when we visited, although they were clearly very busy and there seemed to be plenty of staff around. Overall though, it was still a good experience.

The swimming pool was absolutely freezing for my liking, but it was spotlessly clean and very well maintained.

Overall, this is a very good, well-run campsite. We would definitely recommend it and would happily return again in the future. Highly recommended.

Power optional grass and earth RV campsite

Liked Generally nice site. You pick your own pitch which is quite nice. Have a strange adaptor for the electric(never seen before). Pool is nice. No recycling except bottles on site which is a little disappointing. Didn’t eat at restaurant as was fully booked. Site could do with a bit more general maintenance I think as quite dated.

Recommend to friends Visit again

From the manager: Hi Lee, thanks sharing your thoughts. We’re glad you enjoyed the site :)

We completely agree that recycling facilities should be better. In fact, we’ve been pushing the local authorities for more than three years to provide proper recycling containers here, but unfortunately this is not something that depends on us. We’ll keep fighting for it!

We’re sorry you couldn’t try our restaurant being fully booked is a nice problem to have, although we know it’s disappointing when you’re hoping to eat here.

We’ll keep working on the maintenance and improvements. Thanks again for staying with us!

Power optional grass and earth RV campsite

Liked Spotlessly clean facilities and nice setting near villages and forests. Shop in nearest village.

Disliked They just need to tidy up more on a site that’s a bit faded and appears to operate at much less capacity than it was built for.

Recommend to friends Visit again

From the manager: Thank you for your review! We’re really happy to hear that you enjoy our facilities.

You’re right that the campsite was originally designed on a much larger scale than the way we run it today. Keeping it at a lower capacity is actually a conscious decision on our part: we don’t want to overcrowd or overdevelop the site, but to preserve its natural character and let the surroundings breathe.

We’re working on improvements little by little, and we really like the direction we’re taking. But our idea is to keep the campsite as natural as possible. That sometimes means choosing trees, grass and forest over asphalt, concrete and too many artificial elements which may not always look as “aesthetic”, but it feels much more like Entrerrobles.

Thank you for noticing both the good and the things we can still improve!

Power optional grass and earth tent or trailer tent campsite

Recommend to friends Visit again

From the manager: ¡Muchas gracias por tu reseña!

Power optional grass and earth tent or trailer tent campsite

Liked The camp site was peaceful and relaxing. The bathroom and shower area was clean and well maintained. The staff was always friendly and courteous to me. I do not speak Spanish, but the staff members spoke English and they were patient with me. I ordered the lasagna for dinner at my camp site one night and it was excellent, as was the the fresh baked bread and croissant that I ordered for breakfast one morning. My only suggestion for improving my experience would be to provide a link in the WhatsApp notification that I received at check-in to a map of the campground with the locations of resources like bathrooms and trash receptacles. I kept referring to the WhatsApp notification for useful information, so it just seems like an ideal choice from which you can have access to a map.

Recommend to friends Visit again

From the manager: Thank you so much for such a lovely and detailed review!

And you're absolutely right about the map. We're actually working on an app that will include not just campground info, but details about the whole area, local services, schedules, and suggested routes to explore. This year, with everything around the eclipse, we simply didn't have time to finish it in time for your visit. We really hope that if you come back, you'll find it up and running, and that it makes your stay even better.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience we hope to welcome you back soon!

Liked Places spacieuses, sanitaires convenables, piscine, tranquilité.
Disponibilité lors de la réservation en vue de l'éclipse.

Disliked Ombrage pas encore à maturité, mais déjà bien par endroits.

Recommend to friends Visit again

From the manager: Merci beaucoup pour votre avis !

Local attractions

Also near the site are chances to mountain bike, pick mushrooms or birdwatch, with the paths of the Iberian Soria GR 86 crisscrossing this wildlife-rich region. A golf course is half an hour’s drive from the park if it isn’t a hol without practising some putting, and guests can also try out trotting through the tree-lined lands from a horse riding facility 20 minutes’ away. More history can be seen at the Ermita de San Saturio church (30 minutes' drive), a stunning sight built into the rock of a hillside and known for its 18th-century architecture and detailed frescos. More into lazing? The banks of the Laguna Negra de Urbión lake, a black lagoon surrounded by black craggy glacial rocks and pine forests, take 50 minutes to reach. The Cueva La Galiana Baja caves – a special protection area for birds – are an hour and 10 minutes from the site in the Rio Lobos canyon area.
