On-site accommodation

Sites

• A cable measuring at least 5 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Extras

• All units: access to the swimming pool is not included in the rate and is charged €10.00 ($15.53) per adult and €7.00 ($10.87) per child per day.

Admission

• At least one of the party members must be aged 17 or over.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Sites

• Minimum spacing of 2 metres between pitches.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

General

• Quiet (afternoon) hours must be respected between 1 p.m.} and 3 p.m..
• Quiet hours must be respected between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m..

Reception

• Reception is closed from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from to between 01/04 and 30/09.

General

• The bar is open between 01/04 and 30/09.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 02/06 and 10/09 (subject to weather conditions).

General

• The park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.
• There are no garbage cans onsite: all garbage will need to be taken home with you.
• The restaurant is open between 01/04 and 30/09.
• The spa is open between 01/04 and 30/09.

Admission

• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorization from their parents or legal guardian.

Visitors

• Visitors are not permitted on site.
• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by noon.
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €45.00 ($69.90) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
