Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Fires, barbecues and/or firepits will not be permitted in dry, windy and/or hot weather conditions.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality flashlight with them as parts of the park are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €200.00 ($318.29) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within -1 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 7:30 p.m. and 10:30 a.m..

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 04/04 and 01/11.
• Reception is unmanned after 7 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• The restaurant is open between 01/05 and 27/09.

Admission

• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorization from their parents or legal guardian.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €70.00 ($111.40) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
