When you’re chasing an adventure under canvas in a spectacular setting, campsites don’t come much more stunning than Pas de Côté. Set against the backdrop of jagged peaks in the Hautes-Alpes and five minutes’ drive from the alpine hamlet of Puy-Saint-Eusèbe, this spacious site serves up jumbo-sized meadow pitches and near-total silence alongside its gorgeous views. For anyone who loves being outdoors in fresh mountain air, this place is akin to paradise. The site is a springboard to swimming, canoeing and sailing expeditions on Lac de Serre-Ponçon (25 minutes’ drive), which is also just right for rambles around its perimeter with younger kids. For the more hardcore among you, there’s easy access to hiking, climbing and mountain-biking challenges in the Hautes-Alpes. It’s just as well that facilities on site include hot showers after all that strenuous activity. There’s also a communal kitchenette for rustling up simple camping meals, or alternatively – when you’re finally able to take your eyes off those views – you can head for historic hilltop Embrun (15 minutes) to try out all the restaurants or stock up on more foodie supplies from the supermarket.

Liked Super calme, pas compliquer. Beaucoup de place, tranquille et plaine chose a fait au tour. Pour nous et notre 2 chiens c‘etait magnifique. On est resté 10 jours et on etais presque toujours seule sur la place. Meme a paques!

Liked Все прекрасно. Хозяин встретил, хотя я приехал достаточно поздно. Тишина, воздух, вид на горы. Условия достаточно простые, но это не проблема. В 8 км есть магазины. Очень живописная дорога.

que s'est il passé ? vos ne mettez même pas votre nom ... c'est beau de dire en face ce qu'on pense pour aider le monde à aller mieux et de s'affirmer en tant qu'humain face à autrui pour se faire respecter tant que c'est possible plutôt que de mettre des mots anonymes 1 mois après sans que personne ne puisse ni rien arranger ni répondre !

Pour les suivants : il y a beaucoup de personnes heureuses qui passent et profitent de ce terrain. Si vous vous sentez mal à l'aise, s'il vous manque quelque chose, si vous n'aimez pas, si vous n'êtes pas heureux ... demandez moi d'abord si qq chose est possible pour aller mieux et si ce n'est pas possible, allez vous en et je vous rembourse ma part si je comprends ce que vous cherchez. Soyons le changement qu'on souhaite pour le monde et faisons en sorte de vivre heureux là où on est ...
