Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 06/07 and 24/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a €300.00 ($488.37) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 0 days of arrival and will be refunded within 15 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.
• Hired accommodation: €60.00 ($97.67) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Arrivals and departures

• If the reception is closed on arrival, please check in at the Bar-Restaurant.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorcycle(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..

Pool

• Only park guests are authorized to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

General

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. between 01/07 and 31/08.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 29/08 and 10/10.
• Reception is unmanned after 6:30 p.m.. Please inform the park while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time, so that the team can provide information about your unit/pitch.

Pool

• Swimsuits are required and cut-offs or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

General

• The bar is open between 01/07 and 31/08.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Breed-specific legislation (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

Vehicles

• The car is only included in the rate if you are traveling with a camper, trailer tent or tent. Cars are not permitted when traveling with a motorhome/RV.

General

• The games room is open between 01/07 and 30/08.
• The grocery shop is open between 18/04 and 10/10.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 15/05 and 15/09 (subject to weather conditions).

Dogs

• The restaurant is open between 01/07 and 31/08.

Vehicles

• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 9 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Sites

• You must follow management instructions when setting up your tent/rig and related equipment.

Dogs

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of €60.00 ($97.67) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
