Disliked Pool empty and had to wait a couple hours to check in , other than that was nice , also hard to find when arrive at the location google tells you , way up the road further

Désolés pour la piscine, elle n'est pas chauffée et les températures ayant fortement baissées nous avons du la fermer. Pour les indications GPS, nous sommes d'habitude plutôt facile à localiser, cela dépend peut-être du GPS. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau.

Liked Team running the site are amazing - very friendly and helpful. Great views of the nearby mountains and the sunrise. Facilities are well designed and stylish and always spotlessly clean. We haven’t used it yet, but the pool is beautiful too. People travelling with kids will be happy as there’s a great play park and ball games area, with exercise equipment for older people. It’s a five minute drive to a supermarket and well placed for trips to the Pyrenees or our favourite beach at Coulliere. A lot of thought, care and hard work has been put into this site and that is why everyone smiles here!

Liked Facilities were very clean. Reception staff.
Disliked Description of location (not a few minutes from beach or Perpignan as described). Strength of showers (heads blocked so power was reduced and spray unsuitable for washing hair). Description of pitch (described as grass but was sand and git). Noisy at night.

From the manager: Merci d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes ravis de voir que vous avez apprécié la propreté de nos installations ainsi que l'accueil de notre personnel.
Concernant la puissance des douches, nous sommes désolés de ce désagrément, il aurait été préférable de venir nous en informer directement pendant votre séjour, nous aurions pu intervenir immédiatement et déboucher le pommeau et rétablir un confort optimal. Pour les emplacement, en début de saison ils ont comme sur les photos bien herbeux.
Vous êtes venus en septembre je suppose? Les nombreux passages de clients et le manque d'eau font que l'herbe a du mal a pousser. Néanmoins, nous aurions été heureux de vous proposer un emplacement plus herbeux si vous étiez venus nous en parler.
Concernant la proximité de la mer et de Perpignan, nous ne sommes pas responsables du descriptif que PITCHUP a fait de notre camping. Nous vous remercions cependant pour votre remarque, nous allons faire le nécessaire pour que cela soit changé car nous sommes à 20min de Perpignan et des plages.

Nous comprenons que vous ayez trouvé la piscine un peu petite, elle est toutefois en parfaite adéquation avec la taille du camping et avec l'espace disponible sur le terrain. Malheureusement il n'était pas possible de la faire plus grande. Peut-être avez-vous eu l'occasion de vous baigner un jour d'affluence ce qui peut donner l'impression qu'elle est petite qu'elle ne l'est réellement?
Nous espérons malgré tout que vous avez apprécié votre séjour et les autres services proposés.
