Very nice camp site, good place to sit back and let the kids run wild.
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Lots of space, not close to neighbours
Disliked Only one toilet and shower for woman and then one for man. Would work better is shower and toilet are not combined. As the kids often needed to go to toilet specially in morning or evening, at the time people where taking showers.

Great little site. Only 15 pitches…
Primitive gravel and cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Great little site. Only 15 pitches and well spaced out, divided by natural grass borders filled with buttercups. Extremely well maintained and a real feel for being back to basics. Jacqui and John were extremely welcoming and checked in on campers throughout the day. The friendliest site I've ever been to. As the weather was gorgeous, queuing for the loo wasn't an issue if you're not busting. Only 2 showers/toilets both in the same cubicle. 1 male and 1 female, but it was a 'use the one that was empty ' vibe as the weekend went on. Would definitely take a portaloo if you have one (we did)
Would definitely recommend and return 😊
Disliked Not really a dislike as it didn't effect us, but just the 2 toilets/shower and being in the same cubicle.

Just got back from a 3…
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Just got back from a 3 night stay with my family and I have to say this was one of my favourite camp sites, the owners are lovely and so friendly, nothing was too much trouble they were present every day and would always stop and talk to you.
The pitches were spacious and the overgrown grass that separates each pitch gives you some privacy which we loved
The toilet and showers were spotlessly clean and spacious inside, I also loved the deco
There is a large fridge and freezer you can use to store your food also the owners had put spare ice packs in the freezer for you to borrow, there is also a charging point where you can charge your phones and power banks, its these little gestures that make the difference to other campsites. They also have firepits for you to use free of charge, you can buy wood, firelighters and matches along with some other things such as tea bags, sugar etc
We will definitely be returning next year

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Visited for three nights with two children (13,10) and our dog. The owner was friendly, informative and helpful. She was present on site and nothing was too much trouble.
There were two shower rooms with a toilet and sink, great size and a real Beautiful rustic feel.
One was marked male and one female but to be honest people were using which ever one was available.
Communal plugs and USB’s were available to charge any electrical’s as this was a non electric site.
The location was perfect for exploring the local area in any direction.
The pitches were a fantastic size with a natural divider of long grass herbs and wild flowers which made for a beautiful campsite. A name plaque with a welcome sign on each pitch was a nice touch and the kids loved to spot our name when we arrived. A fire pit was included with the stay and we felt was a great touch and this cost nothing extra. A £5 bag of firewood (supplied on site) lasted us two evenings which was brilliant as we could sit out and watch the stars and satellites Passover while sitting next to the fire.
It was quiet on an evening and there were activités and places to eat all in walking distance.
Disliked Really hard to put a dislike as we absolutely loved the site and would love to return.
Our only one if we had to give a con would be that there was one female toilet/shower room and one male toilet/shower room. If the campsite was really busy, I could see People waiting awhile to use the toilet if there were people showering or a family using it.
People were using the male or female toilets if they were waiting and it was empty regardless of sex.
