What customers say
Great spot near the beach & attractions, with super friendly staff. Pitches are spacious & tidy. New facilities are clean, though some are dated. Showers got mixed feedback on heat, privacy & tokens. Noise from campers was an issue for some.

Powered grass and sand campsite
Liked I came to the campsite as a final getaway at the end of the summer holidays with my family and we all had a lovely time! The facilities were spotless any staff we spoke to were really polite and friendly. It was really helpful that a caravan could be pitched next to a tent as we were in a tent & our extended family were in their caravan so we could spend lots of time together.
Disliked The only negative for this site is that the water in the pot wash facilities was cold so it was a struggle to wash all the dishes from our group of 9!

Good base site for exploring and days out etc.
Powered grass and sand campsite
Liked Basic site, clean toilets on camping field, cant comment on showers as didn't use them, husband and son used them you get 5 minutes per token. Main toilets by reception very basic and unmodernized but they were clean to be fair. There was a hut serving breakfast baps Fri and sat morning and pizza on Fri and sat evening, didn't have food from there but watched plenty of other people coming from there with food.
Disliked We as two families were on o2 and EE phone network and signal was awful, but if your after a unplugged holiday, this is your place.

Liked Location
Disliked Toilets awful not clean at all poo everywhere with wet tissue all over the floor. Customer service was very poor staff didn’t know what they were doing, was told me and my family will be together and we were split up and just got told it was tough luck! For what’s meant to be family friendly camp site there was a constant smell of cannabis. Loud music playing till silly hours of the morning. Worst experience of camping ever. Not what we paid for very disappointing.

What a little gem this place…
Powered grass and sand campsite
Liked What a little gem this place is. It's in the perfect setting. Close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a family run business and a lot of love has gone into it the site. Food available freshly cooked on site for breakfast and tea during peak times. Excellent - will come again! Just to note there's very little signal on site
Disliked No phone signal but that's a blessing.
