The Paddocks is an excellent camp…
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked The Paddocks is an excellent camp site with everything you need for a home from home. The adults only element meant it was peaceful with a lovely atmosphere. The pitch sizes are generous which means you don’t feel on top of your neighbours.
The grounds are impeccable and the amenities are the best we’ve ever seen. The communal kitchen facilities are excellent and a great space to get to know others on the site. The honesty box for using milk and eggs is a great addition.
The most impressive factor for us was the spotless bathrooms. After a night camping it’s important to feel clean. The showers were amazing and smelt beautiful.
The owners really take great pride in their business and it’s shown throughout.
Disliked Nothing, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Friendly host met us on arrival and explained the facilities. The facilities are great and kept clean. The pitch sizes are generous and clearly labeled. Horses in the field next door came to say hello
Disliked We had a non electric tent pitch at the top of the site further away from the facilities - it was a bit of a trek at night for the loo.

Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Cleanliness of the showers and toilets.
A communal area free to use of a microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster.
Relaxed and small site not too far from Criccieth.
Disliked Some car noise from the nearby road at night, but nothing too much of an issue.

The best.
Primitive grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Everything. This was my second visit as it is amongst the best sites I've ever been to. Facilities are excellent and clean, pitches are level and immaculately kept and the hosts couldn't do enough. The little extra touches like the microwave, toaster, kettle and fridges particularly make the difference when you are sick of the usual camping meals. Will be coming back again.

Excellent well kept site
Powered grass tent or trailer tent campsite
Liked Fantastic site probably the best we have ever stayed on, large pitches all well kept, the owners treat it like an extension of their garden and are both out cleaning and looking after the site keeping it perfect for their guests, it is very well situated between Criccieth and Pwllheli for exploring the area, the site has a great communal area with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle for those traveling light or just wanting to socialise, you can also purchase fresh hen or duck eggs which are bloody lovely and there's also fresh milk and ice if needed, they've thought of everything and nothing is ever too much trouble, fantastic site 5*
Disliked Absolutely nothing
