FHU cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Very tidy site, well laid out. Short grass, not muddy, pitches a decent distance apart. Spotless shower-block etc. Walks signed, and Abermiwl is an unusually tidy village - somebody obviously really cares.
Disliked As others have mentioned, there is quite a lot of traffic noise from the nearby road. Nothing that anybody can do about that except be aware.
A heads-up: the food options at the nearby pub were disappointing and basic, nothing like the menu that was online at the time.

From the manager: Thank you, glad you had a good stay!
Hope you tried the new Cafe & Stores.

Liked The site is OK.
Disliked Other dog owners letting there dogs poo in your pitch. Didn't feel welcome by the staff.

From the manager: We are so disappointed that you didn't enjoy your stay.
We pride ourselves on our friendly, helpful and warm welcome as seen on other reviews.
A discreet visit to the reception would have helped with the 'dog poo' issue,
as we have CCTV, and could have dealt with the issue.
We do hope you consider returning.
