Liked: Fabulous pitch. The owners were extremely friendly. All their facility were of a very high standard. The toilet and shower block was exceptionally clean and really appreciated the hair dryer facility.
We loved the position of the site, with access to plenty of walks along the river and canal, even up to the surrounding mountains.

Liked: It was a great night away with my girlfriend and dog, as she’s a little puppy having loads of space which wasn’t full of people really made it enjoyable for her and the two of us. The nice walks and the food we had delivered were a great addition, and we’d definitely come again.

Liked: Fantastic campsite in an amazing location. Huge amount of walks, including by the Brecon and Monmouth canal and a woodland walk. About an hour from Crickhowell via the canal. Huge dog walking field. A quite site, with virtually no traffic noise. The communal fire-pit and log seating is a great idea. Very friendly hosts. Will return.
Disliked: Very clean facilities, but shower cubicles are too small, requiring one to get dressed/undressed outside the cubicle, leaving cloth outside.

Liked: Stunning campsite. Quiet location. Greated by Harry, top guy. Great for dogs, with big dog walking field. Clean , heated toilets and showers. And only a short walk through the estate to the pub for one of the best Sunday roasts.

Liked: Firstly the views are fantastic, nestled in a valley between the Brecon & Monmouth canal and the river Usk, which offers daily permits for trout fishing. The campsite has very clean facilities and the staff cannot make you feel more welcome, even a text ensuring your comfortable on your first night. You can stretch your legs along the many paths throughout the estate , visit some old pubs in Crickhowell or further afield in Brecon. Definitely value for money.

Liked: The toilet and shower block facility were clean and looked brand new.
The location was fantastic.
Walks from the campsite.
Great information board
Friendly staff who were very happy to support.
We will definitely recommend it to others and visit again
Disliked: The signage for ‘the beach area’ was slightly misleading as there is clearly not a beach but a riverside picnic area instead
