What customers say
This campsite offers peaceful rural views & friendly owners. Guests love the red kite feeding & well-kept facilities like the play area & dog field. Some noted dated amenities & weak Wi-Fi/phone signal. Narrow access roads & distant shops/pubs. Great for a quiet, nature-focused break.

Lovely, quiet location in the countryside
Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Good flat pitch. Excellent wifi. Lovely peaceful location. Friendly check in. Nice informal atmosphere. Good clean toilets and showers. Plenty of hot water. Covered dish washing sinks.
Even didn't mind being woken by the cockerel :)
Disliked Not a dislike, but some very long term (and apparently unused) seasonal pitches give an unloved feel. Just a visual thing though.

Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely campsite great facilities very clean and tidy. Amazing spot to view the red kites, we stayed here on the may bank holiday weekend, for a chill as its a few miles to the nearest pub! the owner was a lovely friendly guy, who let us feed the red kites at 4pm on the Saturday, we've never seen so many of these beautiful birds swooping down right in front of us for the feast of meat we were throwing, the owner was very knowledgeable about the birds and the area in general, there's also sheep and deer around, and a kids play area and a hut with games , books and dvds you can borrow. Highly recommended if you love birds and wildlife, we have amazing photographs from this stay and we will definitely return in the future

Liked Small quiet friendly camp site owned by amazing people we loved it that much we decided to pitch our caravan there for a few months. The kids loved the park and it felt so safe, lovely fenced area for the doggy’s just for them. Toilets and shower blocks were very clean and looked after, shed with little activities inside for the kiddies that you can take away and bring back. Safe to say we’ve found our future camping site

Liked Just got back from another lush visit to this site and already we can’t wait to return The owner was very kind to let our kids (and me) help out feeding the sheep and kites it made our weekend!
Again the site was spotless and very well kept.

An excellent break, thank you.
Powered cement/asphalt and grass travel trailer campsite
Liked Lovely views on the sight with plenty of space. A quiet site with plenty of animal life. The owner even fed the kites for us, what a spectacle.
Disliked A little travelling involved to get places, however there is a nature reserve only a few miles away and devils bridge around 8m.
