What customers say
This campsite is great for families, with lots of fun things to do, clean facilities, and friendly staff. Guests loved the large pitches, being close to the beach, and the good prices. Some found the touring shower blocks a bit old, and cleanliness could be an issue when it's busy. A few people also mentioned noise and expensive food and drinks.

Liked Pool looked good but never used it.
Disliked There were no adult inly sessions for pool which could have been between 8-9am as they were closed then, I have mobility probelms and an hours slot for adults and not so mobile would be welcomed. as it happened I never used pool. Nowhere in restaurant to eat with our dog and outside was not under cover, it was raining when we were there so we never used any facilities. Other places have seating area for dogs in restaurant and bars. Our slot was taken so had to find another, we were placed away from toilets and I have a Disability badge it would have been better nearer to especially in the rain with my wheelchair. They were aware of my mobility problem. We got a cheap deal which made it a bit more tolerable. Wifi useless!

Never again. Unpleasant site, very dirty.
 Powered grass travel trailer campsite
 Liked The staff were friendly
Disliked Everything else. The place is filthy. Cigarettes on the floor/grass all around the site. The electric stand/points for the pitches were broken. Some were just completely over with the wires hanging out. The bathrooms were gross, some of the toilets didn't flush/wouldn't stop the water.
The seats in the showers were so dirty, so were the shower curtains.
The whole place is just so gross. It hasn't been looked after at all.

Liked Love coming to southerness first time with our tourer and love it even more, shower and toilet facilities very clean and good pitches with plenty space. Asked if it was possible for a late check out and was not a problem we were told leave when yous are ready, was an added bonus as we didn't have the stress to leave at a certain time and could enjoy the day before setting off home.
 Disliked Nothing to dislike.
