Auchenfranco Camping and Caravan Site

Auchenfranco Campsite is a caravan & camping club certified hideaway site (5 van). It is set in 1.5 acres with trees, shrubs and flowerbeds to give larger more private pitches, whilst not impeding views across rolling countryside. We are a basic site and do not have a shower/toilet block, therefore own san essential or we hire out a portable loo with tent (at a small charge) A short walk across our paddocks brings you to our woodland/reedbeds which we manage as a wildlife haven, giving opportunities to the campers to observe animals and birds in their native habitat.

Route directions

From Dumfries at the A75 West, after 5 miles turn left at Drumore round-about, signposted Lochfoot. At cross roads turn right, preceed thro village, take first available left turning (signposted Beeswing), after 3/4 mile the drive entrance is on the left (see Caravan & camping club CS sign). Follow drive down until you see campsite sign on the right.
