What customers say
This peaceful, clean site has friendly staff, spacious pitches, and is great for Longleat. Hot, powerful showers are a plus. Wi-Fi can be spotty when busy; some found the pub a bit of a trek.

It was ok, typical CAMC site.
FHU cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked Pitches were good, although we did pay for a fully serviced pitch.
Not impressed at the gravel leveller machine on Sunday morning of our holiday!
Disliked Not to be using the gravel leveller machine on the Sunday morning of people's weekend. They could easily have done what they did during the week day.
WiFi. Absolutely awful.

Another wonderful stay at a CAMC Site. Looking forward to the next one
Powered cement/asphalt travel trailer campsite
Liked This is a unique site that is nestled in the middle of the Longleat Estate. Many people were there for the 5 minute walk to the safari park but the area has much more to offer. There are many local towns (Warminster, Frome and Trowbridge) and a bit further afield are Bath, Bristol and Salisbury. On top of that, only 20 minutes away is Stonehenge. Being a Caravan and Motorhome Club (CAMC) site it has all the facilities you would expect and everything is kept clean and tidy.
Disliked The CAMC sites are the defacto standard on how to design and run a campsite. Unfortunately, they were designed and built before wifi existed and although free wifi has been subsequently installed, when 300+ people are using it, it does struggle.
